Encinitas is best known for Swamis and Moonlight beaches. The surf, sky and sun are good all year round. The Coaster train station is just a few blocks away.	Located 15 miles northeast of San Diego, Rancho Santa Fe is the most luxurious spot in the county. Drive through the neighborhood and it will take your breath away.

Vista has the Rancho Guajome Hacienda. It is distinguished as a National Historic Landmark for its contribution to our nation’s history. The rambling 20 room adobe ranch house, built with huge profits from the cattle boom of the 1850′s, bustled in its heyday with extravagant fiestas, lively rodeos and constant visitors.	Oceanside Harbor is San Diego County’s north most harbor, 37 miles north of San Diego and 83 miles south of Los Angeles. A few miles to the south is the fishing pier and beach.

San Marcos has a new small master planned community called San Elijo Hills. San Elijo is an ocean-view community that has gained many prestigious awards in the homebuilding/development industry, it is a new community with a wide variety of new homes with a broad spectrum of sizes, prices and lifestyle options, as well as a new Albertons, gas station, a new town center, as well as both an elementary and middle school.	Solana Beach is all about beach diversions. It’s a small city with really less than two miles of oceanfront to its name. And even at that, there are times of day during high tides when access can be a bit of a challenge. But with several beach rolled into one tidy city, be sure to check out its beach assets–Del Mar Shores, Fletcher Cove, SeaScape Surf and Tide Beach Park. Right off historic 101 Freeway is a very nice boardwalk.

Escondido is home to the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It is 1800 acre wildlife preserve houses over 3500 animals representing 260 species and also a botanical garden. Ride a safari truck and come face to face with Giraffes, Rhinos and other exotic and wild beasts.
